The Kiwanis Club of Pullman Foundation was incorporated July 25, 2023, in the State of Washington as a charity organization. The foundation is currently working on the application to obtain a 501(c)(3) tax status. This will allow the foundation the ability to seek grants and offer donors a nonprofit tax deduction to support children as outlined in the foundation purpose.
The initial foundation goal will be to enhance and expand Stuff the Bus annual school supplies program established in 2008 by the Kiwanis Club of Pullman.
As the foundation evolves, other opportunities to support children as reflected in the stated purpose will fulfill the Kiwanis Club of Pullman mission to make the world better, one child at a time.
